Management Staff & Office Hours

The Property Manager for Canyon Lakes is James Bourassa and Michelle LaDouceur is the Property Administrator.  James and Michelle are  available in the Management Office, located inside the Clubhouse, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 830AM to 5PM; Thursdays 830AM to 615PM.  The telephone number for the office is 561.737.6440.

 

Vehicle Barcode Decals, Proxy Cards & Pedestrian Keys

New owners are eligible to receive two (2) free vehicle decals, one (1) proxy card* and one (1) pedestrian key* (*if proxy cards and pedestrian keys are not turned over from previous owner).  The fee for additional or replacement gate entry decals, proxy cards or pedestrian keys is $10. 

 

Trash Pick Up

Trash and bulk items are picked up twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Residents should place trash at the curb for pick up after 5PM the night before collection.  Yard Waste is picked up on Tuesdays only and recycling is picked up on Fridays only.  Bins and debris should be placed at the curb after 5PM on Friday for pick up on Saturday.  Resident’s needing new recycling bins, should call 1.866.NEWBINS.

 

Paying Your HOA Fees

The monthly HOA fees are $325.  Payments are due on or before the 15th.  Payments received after the 15th are subject to a late fee of $25.  There are several options available for paying your monthly HOA fees.  Seacrest Services provides each owner with a coupon booklet and payments should be mailed to the address noted on the coupon. 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT HOA FEE PAYMENTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE.

 

Home Rental, Clubhouse Rental & Architectural Review Applications

Applications for Home Rentals, Clubhouse Rentals & Architectural Review are available here on the website.  Owners may also request these applications by email at canyonlakeshoamanagementoffice@gmail.com or by stopping by the Management Office during business hours.

 

Work Requests (Work Orders)

Residents should create a work order online by clicking on the Work Order tab on the website or going to www.seacrestservices.com or by calling Seacrest Services at 561.656.6310.
